PALMA 22: The Tombs of Ptahemwia and …
The Tombs of Ptahemwia and Sethnakht at Saqqara
In 2007 and 2010 the tombs of Ptahemwia and Sethnakht were excavated in Saqqara by the Leiden expedition. These tombs from the New Kingdom date to the interesting transition period between the reign of Akhnaton and his successor Tutankhamun. In this scientific publication the tomb architecture and wall decorations are studied, as well as objects, pottery and skeletal remains excavated in the same area.
