Stone Age mystery in stereo

Live stream tour for secondary school students | During the Stone Age mystery in stereo livestream tour, your students visit two museums at the same time in two countries: the National Museum of Antiquities and the German Neanderthal Museum in Mettmann (near Düsseldorf). They take your students to the prehistoric world in which, for example, the Neanderthals Krijn and Mr. N. lived.

Workshop for primary school pupils | In the museum lesson Myth Hunters, which focuses on the permanent exhibition on Ancient Greece, pupils will learn about the gods and stories of Greek mythology. Looking carefully, thinking critically, and practical tasks will be the central features of this encounter with the world of Greek myths.

Fabulous Finds

Workshop for secondary school students | Fabulous Finds will start with a brief interactive guided tour around the Greek galleries of the museum. In the second part of the workshop, the students will imagine themselves archaeologists. By studying shards that are many centuries old and carrying out research assignments, they will learn more about the context and stories behind the shards.
